CharacterYAQ Foundations Assessment (CYFA)

The CYFA is a psychometric tool that measures the fundamental characteristics essential to success that most other assessments do not address. These character qualities act as the foundation that supports everything else within an individual’s psychological matrix such as personality, competencies, cognitive abilities, and attitudes. Without addressing this foundation, fundamental transformation cannot occur, and most people will revert to their old habits, no matter how many traditional assessments you use or how much training or education a person receives. The CYFA helps diagnose the strength of one’s personal values foundation and provides a blueprint to strengthen the infrastructure of one’s character. Validation

The Character Foundations Assessment (CFA) has been developed in full accordance with the Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing (2014).

The CFA is comprised of 112 multiple-choice and 24 forced-choice questions, and it usually takes about 35 minutes to complete online.

Results can be delivered in several ways, reflecting the needs of the respondent and the company or organization providing the assessment. Additional professional overviews or verbal consultations with highly-qualified certified Peirce Group consultants are available at extra charge.

The CYFA can be used for team or partner pair assessments.
